[1065] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmi), a phenomenon that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal … not by nutriment condition (na āhāra-paccayā): external [matter] (bāhira) … [matter] originating from temperature (utusamuṭṭhāna) … [the matter] of the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) … .
