[1095] A phenomenon (dhamma) neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition, by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon leading to dispersal (apacayagāmī): Nibbāna is a condition, by way of object condition, for the path (magga).
