[1189] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkha-nāsekkha), a phenomenon that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) that are neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, [there arises] the base (vatthu); one primary element (mahābhūta) … for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … .
