[1190] Dependent on a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) and a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) phenomenon, a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya). Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) that are trainee [phenomena] and on the great essentials (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
