[1176] Dependent on a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) and a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) phenomenon, a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on the trainee aggregates and the primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
