[1177] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) of one beyond training (asekkha) and on a phenomenon that is neither of a trainee nor of one beyond training (nevasekkhānāsekkha), there arises a phenomenon that is neither of a trainee nor of one beyond training, through root condition (hetu-paccaya): mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) dependent on the aggregates of one beyond training and on the great primary elements (mahābhūta).
