[1191] Dependent on a beyond-training (asekkha) phenomenon and a neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training (nevasekkhanāsekkha) phenomenon, a neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training phenomenon … not by object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccayā). Dependent on the beyond-training aggregates and the great primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
