[1258] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-learner-nor-non-learner (nevasekkhānāsekkha) is a condition for a non-learner (asekkha) phenomenon by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya). Conformity (anuloma) is a condition for the non-learner fruition attainment (phalasamāpatti); the sphere of neither-perception-nor-non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana) of one emerging from cessation (nirodha) is a condition for the non-learner fruition attainment by immediacy condition.
