[1312] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhanāsekkha) is a condition for a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya); it is a condition by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya).
