[1270] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhanāsekkha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is a trainee (sekkha) by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya). Base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the trainee aggregates (khandhā) by prenascence condition.
