[1292] A phenomenon (dhamma) neither of a trainee nor of one beyond training (nevasekkhanāsekkha) is a condition for a phenomenon of a trainee (sekkha) by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya). Prenascent (purejātaṃ): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates (khandhā) of trainees by dissociation condition.
