[1271] A neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a non-trainee (asekkha) phenomenon by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya). Base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the non-trainee aggregates (khandhā) by prenascence condition.
