Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (2) · Vol. 41 · Section 1300

[1300] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-trainee-nor-beyond-training (nevasekkha-nāsekkha) is a condition for a phenomenon of one beyond training (asekkha) by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates of one beyond training by presence condition.
