[1299] A neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkha-nāsekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the trainee aggregates (khandhā) by presence condition.
