[1293] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither trainee nor non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is non-trainee (asekkha) by way of dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the non-trainee aggregates (khandhā) by way of dissociation condition.
