[1366] Dependent on a limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma) and an exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon, a limited phenomenon arises, not by kamma-result condition (na-vipāka-paccayā): dependent on the exalted aggregates (khandhā) and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
