[1436] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) is a condition for an exalted phenomenon (mahaggata dhamma) by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya). A limited death consciousness (cuti-citta) is a condition for an exalted rebirth consciousness (upapatti-citta) by immediacy condition. Limited aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for exalted emergence (vuṭṭhāna), for knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), by immediacy condition. The preliminary work (parikamma) for the first jhāna … the preliminary work for the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana) … the preliminary work for the divine eye (dibba-cakkhu) … the preliminary work for knowledge of the future is a condition for knowledge of the future by immediacy condition.
