[1437] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) is a condition for an immeasurable phenomenon (appamāṇa dhamma) by way of immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya): change-of-lineage (gotrabhū) is a condition for the path (magga); cleansing (vodāna) is a condition for the path; conformity (anuloma) is a condition for the attainment of fruition (phala-samāpatti) — by way of immediacy condition.
