[1635] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) and an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon, an unfixed phenomenon … due to root condition (hetu-paccaya): Dependent on the aggregates fixed in wrongness and on the great primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
