[1653] Conditioned by a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata dhamma) and an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon, a phenomenon fixed in rightness … by root condition (hetu-paccaya): three questions; [this is] similar to [the section on] wrongness (micchatta). It should be counted thus.
