[1636] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) and on an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon, an unfixed phenomenon … by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) fixed in rightness and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
