[1674] A phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata dhamma), conjoined with a phenomenon fixed in rightness, … not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya): The predominance (adhipati) that is fixed in rightness, conjoined with the aggregates (khandhā) that are fixed in rightness.
