[1662] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) and an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon, a phenomenon fixed in rightness … not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccaya): Conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) fixed in rightness and the base (vatthu), [there arises] predominance (adhipati) that is fixed in rightness.
