[1643] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata), a phenomenon fixed in wrongness arises, not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya): Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) fixed in wrongness, [there arises] the predominance (adhipati) that is fixed in wrongness.
