[1644] Dependent on a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata dhamma), a phenomenon fixed in rightness arises, not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya): Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) fixed in rightness, [there arises] predominance (adhipati) fixed in rightness.
