[1661] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) and an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon, a phenomenon fixed in wrongness … not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya). Conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) fixed in wrongness and the base (vatthu), [there arises] the predominance (adhipati) fixed in wrongness.
