[1659] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata), a phenomenon fixed in rightness … not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya). Conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) fixed in rightness, [there arises] the predominance (adhipati) fixed in rightness.
