[1688] A phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) is a condition for an unfixed phenomenon (aniyata) by root condition (hetu-paccaya). That is: roots fixed in wrongness [are a condition] for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
