[1716] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata dhamma) by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya): proximity-decisive-support (anantarūpanissaya), natural decisive support (pakatūpanissaya).
Natural decisive support: in dependence on unfixed lust (rāga), one deprives one's mother of life … causes schism in the Saṅgha; in dependence on unfixed hatred (dosa) … aspiration (patthanā) … bodily pleasure … a lodging (senāsana), one deprives one's mother of life … causes schism in the Saṅgha. Unfixed lust … a lodging is a condition by decisive-support condition for the kamma of matricide (mātughāta-kamma), for the kamma of patricide (pitughāta-kamma), for the kamma of killing an Arahant (arahantaghāta-kamma), for the kamma of shedding [a Tathāgata's] blood (ruhiruppāda-kamma), for the kamma of schism in the Saṅgha (saṅghabheda-kamma), for fixed wrong view (niyata-micchādiṭṭhi).
