[1726] An unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya): Change-of-lineage (gotrabhū) is a condition for the path (magga), cleansing (vodāna) is a condition for the path, by repetition condition.
