[2083] An internal (ajjhatta) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an internal phenomenon by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya).
The successively preceding internal aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for the successively subsequent internal aggregates by immediacy condition.
Conformity (anuloma) is a condition for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū); conformity for cleansing (vodāna); change-of-lineage for the path (magga); cleansing for the path; the path for fruition (phala) … conformity for the attainment of fruition (phala-samāpatti); for one emerging from cessation (nirodha), the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana) is a condition for the attainment of fruition by immediacy condition.
