[224] A phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra dhamma) and a phenomenon without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta dhamma), are a condition for a phenomenon (dhammā) with thought-conception and discursive thought by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).
