[203] A phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra) is a condition, by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), for a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought.
