[228] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra), a phenomenon without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). The aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and discursive thought, thought-conception (vitakka), and the primary elements (mahābhūta) are a condition for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by way of connascence condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the aggregates with thought-conception and discursive thought, thought-conception, and the primary elements are a condition for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by way of connascence condition.
