[422] Phenomena (dhammā) with thought and with examination (savitakka-savicāra) and phenomena without thought and with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta) are a condition for a phenomenon with thought and with examination and for a phenomenon without thought and without examination (avitakka-avicāra) by presence condition (atthi-paccaya).
