[430] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (vitakka) and with discursive thought (vicāra) is a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and with discursive thought and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); it is a condition by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya).
