[453] Phenomena (dhammā) without initial application and with sustained application only, and phenomena without initial application and without sustained application, are a condition, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon with initial application and with sustained application and for a phenomenon without initial application and with sustained application only; they are a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
