[439] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought, with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), is a condition for a phenomenon with thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra) and for a phenomenon without thought, with examination only, by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); it is a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
