[456] A phenomenon (dhammā) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); a condition by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya); a condition by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya).
