[460] A phenomenon with thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra), a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought, and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought — [these] phenomena (dhammā) [are a condition] for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought … conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta).
