[588] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing, a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing arises by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya). One. A phenomenon to be abandoned by development … One. Dependent on a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arises by mutuality condition: dependent on one aggregate (khandha) to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on one aggregate to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates; dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu); dependent on the base, the aggregates. Dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements [arise]; dependent on two primary elements, two primary elements. External (bāhira) … nutriment-originated (āhārasamuṭṭhāna) … temperature-originated (utusamuṭṭhāna) … of the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) … dependent on two primary elements, two primary elements [arise].
