[589] Dependent on a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba dhamma), there arises a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing, by dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya). (This is) similar to root condition (hetu-paccaya). By decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya): three. By prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya): three. There is no rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi). By repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya): there is no resultant rebirth-linking (vipāka-paṭisandhi). By kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): complete; (there are) the internal primary elements (mahābhūta) and those of non-percipient beings (asaññasatta).
