[610] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), there arises a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabba): not by association condition (na-sampayutta-paccaya). Similar to [the exposition under] not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
