[599] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, there arises a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā): In dependence on aggregates to be abandoned by seeing and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa).
