[636] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya pahātabba) arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccayā): Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) that are to be abandoned by development, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhānaṃ rūpaṃ).
