[637] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned neither by seeing (dassana) nor by development (bhāvanā), a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development … not by object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccaya). Conditioned by aggregates (khandha) to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), conditioned by aggregates to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa); conditioned by the aggregates, [there arises] the base (vatthu); conditioned by one great element (mahābhūta) — external [form] … nutriment-originated [form] … temperature-originated [form] … for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) …
