[793] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development — not by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); dependent on the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) [and that] accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), [there arises] mind-originated form.
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on aggregates with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] kamma-born form (kaṭattārūpa); dependent on the aggregates, [there arises] the base (vatthu); [dependent on] one great element (mahābhūta) … (In brief.)
