[598] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is to be abandoned neither by seeing (dassana) nor by development (bhāvanā), there arises a phenomenon that is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development — not from object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccayā).
Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) that are to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
