[639] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabba) and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Dependent on the aggregates that are to be abandoned by development and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises].
