[600] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabba) and on a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabba), there arises a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, not by object condition (na ārammaṇapaccayā): dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by development and on the primary elements (mahābhūtā), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa).
